§ 2.506. Penalties for Violation of Article
(a)
A person commits an offense if the owner of a vicious animal fails to remove such animal as provided for in sections 2.502(1)—(3), 2.503(b) and 2.505(c) or after an unsuccessful appeal. Each day after the owner or harborer fails to remove the animal from the city limits constitutes a separate offense.
(b)
A person commits an offense if the owner of a vicious animal fails to report in writing within ten (10) days of the determination the disposition and relocation of such animal. Each day thereafter that such information is not provided shall constitute a separate offense.
