Article 11.1600. RECONNECTION CHARGES FOR NONPAYMENT OF ELECTRICAL BILL  

Any account disconnected for nonpayment will have to pay all past due amounts, including any trip charges, and a deposit equal to one-fifth (1/5th) of the account's annual usage before service will be reconnected.
