Article 11.1500. ELECTRICAL SERVICE DEPOSITS  

(a)

All new electric utility accounts will be required to pay a deposit fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) and the applicable service and the trip charge of:

(1)

Service and trip charge, normal working hours       $ 25.00

(2)

Service and trip charge, after hours       $ 50.00

(b)

Service and trip charge fees will be in addition to the electric utility deposit and not be subject to refund.
