§ 7.04. Public Hearing on Proposed Budget

  • During the council meeting at which the proposed budget is submitted, the council shall name the date and place of a public hearing to be held thereon and shall cause to be published in the official newspaper of the city, the time and place of such hearing which will be not less than ten (10) days after the date of the notice. At the hearing, interested citizens may express their opinions concerning the proposed budget.
