§ 2.104. Euthanasia Fee

The animal control division shall charge a fee as listed in Appendix A to this chapter per animal for a requested euthanasia of an animal. The owner or requestor shall reside or be located within the city limits at the time of the request for euthanasia, and the animal shall not have bitten anyone within the last ten (10) days of the request.
