§ 1.1612. Restricted Activities

(a)

No person shall operate a motorboat on Lake Amon G. A Carter and Lake Amon G. Carter Extension within a restricted area which has been clearly marked in accordance to Title 31, Section 55.304 Texas Administrative Code; provided, that this section shall not apply to peace officers or search and rescue motorboats.

(b)

Signs shall be posted as follows:

(1)

"NO WAKE" markers at Selma Park boat dock;

(2)

"NO SWIMMING ALLOWED" in Selma Park boat ramp area;

(3)

"NO BOATS ALLOWED" in restricted area at Hudspeth Beach swimming area;

(4)

"NO WAKE" markers at Country Club Cove;

(5)

"NO WAKE" markers at tunnel under FM 1125;

(6)

No boat shall anchor or tie up within 50′ either side of tunnel under dam;

(7)

"NO FISHING" 50′ either side of tunnel on top of dam;

(8)

"NO SWIMMING ALLOWED" in Amon G. Carter Lake Extension boat ramp area.
