§ 1.1611. Pollution Violations

Latest version.

Anyone found to contribute or cause the pollution of the lake through the discharge of any solid or liquid matter onto the lake or inbound tributaries shall be found to be in violation of regulations pertaining to public health and welfare as well as a violation of this Code.
