Article 10.300. VEHICLE STORAGE FACILITY ACT ADOPTED  

(a)

The city adopts the Vehicle Storage Facility Act (V.A.C.S., Art. 6687-9a) and exempts itself from the provision of such act.

(b)

The city orders the compliance of all others within the city, within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city and all others engaged in doing business with the city to conform with the provisions of the vehicle storage facility act.
