§ 3.02. City Secretary

The council shall appoint a city secretary to serve at their pleasure. The city secretary shall keep minutes of the proceedings of all council meetings, shall be the official custodian of the records of the city and shall perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be designated and granted by the council. The council may appoint such deputies as needed.
