§ 8.904. Authority, Responsibility of Officers

The reserve law enforcement officers shall have all the powers, duties and responsibilities of a police officer of the city while on duty as assigned by the chief of police. Such reserve law enforcement officers shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the police department as well as to all operational policy established by the chief of police.
