§ 7.409. Merchants Receiving, Forwarding Goods

Nothing in this article or in Article 4.100 of Chapter 4 shall be so construed as to prevent any merchant from occupying not to exceed one-half of any sidewalk in receiving and forwarding goods, wares, and merchandise, provided they shall not occupy such space for a longer period than six (6) hours in any one (1) day.
