§ 7.101. Definitions

  • The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Capped means having its opening securely covered with a permanent cover which is not readily removable without destruction.

    Filled in means completely filled with soil.

    Unused means:

    (1)

    For a water well or a cistern, one not presently being used as a water source for human consumption.

    (2)

    For a storm cellar, cellar or basement, one not being connected to, or part of, a person's dwelling.
