§ 6.101. Definitions

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Place and its derivatives mean, but shall not be limited to, throw, dump, unload, discharge and deposit.

Refuse means, but shall not be limited to, garbage, trash, ashes, rubbish, junk, bottles, cans, automobile parts, paper, and litter.

Right-of-way means a street, alley or sidewalk.
