§ 4.605. Penalties

The following provisions for application of penalties for violation of this chapter shall apply:
(1)

Any person convicted of violating the provisions of chapter 4, section 4.604, subsections (1)—(5) shall be fined no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). This does not serve to limit any other remedies available to this jurisdiction in law or equity.

(2)

Each violation of this chapter that is committed shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
