§ 4.601. Statutory Authority

This chapter is enacted by the City Council of Bowie, Texas, pursuant to Section 773.051 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, which provides that municipalities may establish standards for ambulances, and to Section 791.001 of the Texas Government Code which provides that combinations of local governmental units may contract for the provision of governmental services.
