§ 4.404. Vendor Activities Classification

(a)

Vendor activities at the Second Monday event will be grouped under the following categories:

(1)

General. Those activities for sale and trade of material goods not considered to fall under definition of perishables, edibles, living creatures, services and/or entertainment.

(2)

Food. Those activities relating to sale and/or trade of consumable products intended for consumption on or about the grounds, including drinks.

(3)

Animal. Those activities relating to the sale and/or trade of animals, bird, fowl, fish and anything living intended as pets, livestock or exotic creatures.

(4)

Entertainment. Those activities related to compensation of some form in exchange for the entertainment, recreational engagement or form of service toward one (1) or more persons.

(b)

The categorization of vending activities will be subject to the interpretation of the Second Monday grounds manager if in question.
