§ 4.402. Days, Hours of Operation

The Second Monday event shall be limited to the Friday, Saturday and Sunday preceding the second Monday of each month and to the following hours of operation:

(1)

Thursday. 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., the grounds will be open to accommodate those who travel and wish to preregister their spaces. No sales or bartering activity will be allowed prior to the Second Monday grounds being opened to the general public on Friday.

Friday. 8:00 a.m. until darkness or when the Second Monday grounds manager notifies the vendors to cease their activities. This is the first day the event is open to the general public.

Saturday. 8:00 a.m. until darkness or when the Second Monday grounds manager notifies the vendors to cease their activities.

(4)

Sunday. 8:00 a.m. until darkness or when the Second Monday grounds manager notifies the vendors to cease their activities.

Monday. Those vendors who wished to stay overnight on Sunday and paid their space and/or utility charges must vacate the grounds by 12:00 noon Monday. No bartering or sales activity is allowed and the grounds are not open to the general public on this day.
