§ 4.301. Compliance with Article; License or Permit Required

It shall be unlawful for any person to drill or operate, or cause or permit to be drilled or operated, or cause or permit to be commenced to be drilled or operated any oil and/or gas well within the city without first complying with the provisions of this article and making application for and obtaining a license or permit to do as provided in this article.
