§ 4.1107. Conflict of Rules and Regulations.

If and where there are conflicts in the rules and regulations prescribed herein and the FAA's Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), the latter shall prevail. If and where there exists a conflict between any of the rules and regulations prescribed herein and any other city rules applicable to the same area, the more stringent limitation or requirement shall govern and prevail.
