§ 4.110. Exemptions

The following vendors are exempt from the fee provisions of section 4.105 together with sections 4.108 and 4.109 of this article but shall otherwise be required to comply with all other provisions.
(1)

Religious, non-profit, philanthropic and/or charitable organizations including, but not limited to, public or private schools and service organizations.
