§ 4.107. Duration of License; Display and Identification Badge

The license provided for in this article shall continue so long as the licensee is conducting business in the city, but in no event shall it continue for more than one (1) year from the date of its issuance. Such license shall be prominently displayed in a conspicuous place on the premises where business is being conducted. Further, each licensee and each assistant, if any, must obtain an identification card from the code enforcement office, or their authorized representative, showing the individual's name, the address wherein the vending business is to be conducted, and the effective period of the license.
