§ 4.104. Health Permit

The application of any vendor engaged in the sale or distribution of food or beverages that is not operating as a "mobile food unit" as defined in article 4.200 shall also be required to provide confirmation of a valid health permit or applicant will be referred to the Texas Department of State Health Services whose area of service includes the City of Bowie. The health permit shall be required in addition to the vending license required by this article. Such vendor's equipment shall be subject to inspections by the code enforcement office at the time of application and at periodic intervals thereafter.
