§ 1.1910. Misuse and Disclosure of Confidential Information

(a)

It is a violation of this ethics code for a city official to violate Section 39.06 (Misuse of Official Information) of the Texas Penal Code, as amended.

(b)

A city official shall not disclose to the public any information that is deemed confidential under any federal, state, local law, or council rules.
