§ 1.1509. Penalty for Violations

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined as provided in Section 1.105 [of this Code]. His permit to fish in the waters of the Bowie Lake shall also be taken up and canceled.
