§ 1.1201. Creation, Name

Latest version.

It is to the best interest of the city and its inhabitants to create a hospital authority, to be comprised of the territory included within the boundaries of the city. Such hospital authority is hereby created and the same shall be a body politic and corporate under the name of Bowie Hospital Authority, which is hereby designated as the name by which such authority shall be known.
