§ 13.402. Regulations of Conduct
No person in any area designated for overnight camping shall:
(1)
Camp in any area unless such area is designated for camping; such as tent camping areas or recreational vehicle camping areas.
(2)
Allow to accumulate in a camping area trash or litter in the nature of boxes, papers, cans, bottles, garbage or other refuse. Such items shall be placed in receptacles.
(3)
Create any loud noise after 10:00 p.m.
(4)
Dispose of human waste or sewage except at places so designated.
(5)
Leave any item of personal property in a camping space not rented.
(6)
Sleep outside of a camper, tent or similar unit designed for overnight sleeping accommodations.
(7)
Permit any domestic pet outside of the camper unit unless such pet is on a chain or leash; and unattended pets shall not be left outside of the camper unit.
(8)
Fail to pick up any pet's feces and dispose of same daily.
(9)
No person shall consume or possess any alcoholic beverage within Selma Park. The prohibition against consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages shall not apply as follows:
a.
To a person who has rented a campsite and consumers or possesses the alcoholic beverage within the immediate area of the rented campsite while camping; or
b.
Is a family member or guest of a person who has rented a campsite and consumes or possesses the alcoholic beverage within the immediate area of the rented campsite while camping.
