§ 11.801. Water Rates

(a)

Water Rates. The monthly rates and charges for the sales made or services rendered by the water system of the city are hereby established, levied, set and prescribed as follows:

As set out in Appendix C "Schedule of Fees" City of Bowie Code of Ordinances.

(b)

These rates are applicable to all sales or service of water. All leakage between a meter and a building is the responsibility of the owner, tenant or occupant of the building.
