§ 11.2111. Refusal to Collect Solid Waste

Nothing herein is construed to prohibit the city from refusing to collect any solid wastes that are inconsistent with the rules and regulations issued by the Texas Department of Health.

Editor's note

Effective March 1, 1992, all powers duties, rights, and obligations of the Texas Department of Health were transferred to the Texas Water Commission and then on September 1, 1993, the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission became the successor.
