§ 11.2101. Solid Waste Collection Service

Latest version.

The city shall hereafter provide to its residents a service waste collection. Such service may be provided by an official department of the city or a duly authorized service provider. All individuals, firms or corporations located within the incorporated limits shall be required to make use of such service.
