§ 10.504. Evidence of Destination

A person operating a vehicle coming under this article upon a street or in an area in violation of Section 10.503 shall have in his possession for inspection a log book, delivery slips or other evidence of the destination and point of origin to justify the presence of the vehicle upon such street or in such area.
