§ 10.502. Load Limits

All vehicle/truck traffic having a gross weight of more than ten thousand (10,000) pounds (loaded or unloaded) whether it be designated a truck, a trailer, a combination or vehicle of other description is hereby prohibited from streets, roads, byways or routes of any other name or description that lie within the city limits, other than those federal or state roadways, including Farm to Market roads, which lie within the city limits or the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction.
